The Crystal Caves serve as the only entrance to the Fabricator Caverns as well as the location of the Crystal Caves Cache. It can be accessed from the Deep Purple Vents or Marguerit Maida's Base.

Description

The Crystal Caves are a large, rocky cave system dominated by large purple crystals mainly protruding from the cave ceiling and floor. Shadow Leviathans patrol the caves, increasing the threat level of the area. A few deep fissures are present throughout the biome. These fissures are dominated by Curl Plants and contain valuable Large Resource Deposits such as Kyanite and Gold.

The Crystal Caves is divided into 4 areas:

Main Crystal Caves=

The Main Crystal Caves

The Main Crystal Caves is the main section of the cave system that consists of a large majority of the biome It consists of large crystals littering a majority of the biome as well as rocky cliffs and crevices covering the area. The biome is rich in Raw Materials as well as multiple types of Large Resource Deposits. Deeper in the biome will lead into the Inner Crystal Caves. The entrance to the biome is home to large amounts to Thermal Vents as well as Ribbon Plants in the area.

An entrance to the Crystal Castle is located in this section.

|-| Inner Crystal Caves=

The Inner Crystal Caves

The Inner Crystal Caves is located in the deeper sections of the cave systems. Its structure is reasonably similar to the of the main crystal caves, however, it has more valuable Raw Materials and is more sparse in Fauna. The area is covered in more crevices, as well as multiple entrances to the Crystal Caves Fissures. The area will eventually lead to the Fabricator Caverns in its deepest portions.

The Crystal Caves Fissure

The Crystal Caves Fissures are a smaller cave system located at the bottom of large crevices in the Inner Crystal Caves. They have a light green fog and a grassy terrain at the bottom. Large Thermal Vents can be seen protruding from the ground as well as a steam spewing from the cracks in the caverns floor.

The area is dominated by Curl Plant as well as having a plentiful amount of Large Resource Deposits and other valuable resources such as Magnetite and Nickel Ore. <tabber> Resources=

The Crystal Castle

The Crystal Castle is a large cave system located in the biome. It is filled to the brim with Large Crystalline Structures in the walls and ground, as well as limited Raw Materials, Fauna, and Flora. It extends several meters down from both entrances, having two corridors in ether entrance that lead to the main section of the Crystal Castle.

Spoiler alert: This section will reveal story-related material if expanded.
