The High Capacity O₂ Tank is an upgrade to the Standard O₂ Tank that is crafted at the Fabricator. While equipped, it boosts the player's maximum Oxygen supply by 90 units for a total of 135 units.
Its blueprint is found in a Data Box and is about 325-350m away from the Drop Pod between South and South West in the Twisty Bridges at a depth of about 120m. It is directly along the path between the Drop Pod and the beacon for Delta Station dock. Please note that exact distance and exact direction varies between save files as the Drop Pod location is randomized within a small area in the Shallow Twisty Bridges
The player must equip the High Capacity O2 Tank in the tank slot of the Paperdoll UI in order to benefit from it. While not equipped, it takes six slots (2×3) in the inventory.
It can be upgraded to the Ultra High Capacity Tank or the Booster Tank at the Modification Station.
Equipping the High Capacity O2 Tank incurs a movement penalty of 0.47 m/s underwater and 0.61 m/s on the surface.
