''Subnautica'' features a mechanic that allows the player to sample '''DNA''' from alien [[:Category:Life Forms|life forms]] and transfuse them on the player.

To do so the player needs to sample the [[DNA]] using the [[Tools|tool]] called the [[Transfuser]]. While the Transfuser is still disabled in current builds, it can be spawned by using the [[Debug Console Commands]].
