The Laser Cutter is currently disabled until further notice by the developers.
However the Laser Cutter is a tool and an upgrade to the regular Welder and is crafted by using the workbench.
Its primary function is a tool for cutting open sealed things.
It has an energy level which can be replenished with a battery.
