The Solar Panel is a placeable item that absorbs lights and converts it into energy.
It is constructed with the Builder and can be placed on any surface in any angle, including on the Foundation, except on seabase modules.
The Solar Panel must be placed within a radius of up to 20 meters from a seabase for them to be able to supply power. One Solar Panel produces 1% power every second with coverage of 89% sun.
