The Repulsion Cannon is crafted with the workbench and are an tool and an upgrade to the Propulsion Cannon that can be crafted by using the workbench.
The Repulsion Cannon is powered by a battery and can be replaced by pressing "R". It is also possible to charge the Repulsion Cannon with the player using the Swim Charge Fins. But then the Swim Charge Fins have to be placed in the feet slot of the Paperdoll UI two take effect, and Canon must be kept in the hands of the player for it to recharge.
