The Vesper is an installation that will be present in the upcoming Expansion Pack. It will orbit Planet 4546B to serve as a base for research personnel, including the main protagonist of the expansion pack. There is currently no concept art for the Vesper, but the mention of the Vesper being a "semi-permenant installation" makes it seem like it will look something like the Apollo 11 command module.
