Reginald

Template:Class 2 FaunaThe Reginald is a common, passive, herbivorous fauna species.

Cooked and cured Reginald have the highest food value of any fauna, making them an excellent food source.

Appearance

The Reginald is characterized by its slim, dull green, yet tall body with two large eyes protruding from its sides. Its entire rearside is composed of one large, bioluminescent purple caudal fin.

Its front features a set of four small slits in place of a mouth.

Behavior

The Reginald is fast and is mostly seen darting around the open space in various biomes, often forming small schools.

It is also a shy creature and will eventually flee from the player upon being noticed.

Reginalds can be found hanging around the fronts of Reefbacks in small schools of four or five.

• For a brief period early on in development, the name for Reginald was "Mohawk Fish".
• The Reginald is likely inspired by the aquatic family Molidae.
• The Reginald previously had around 1000 Energy on a bioreactor making it the best fuel, but this was later changed to 490 Energy and now the best fuel for the bioreactor is the Oculus, with 630 Energy.
