It is a blue and white baseball cap, and can be found on top of a desk inside the Aurora in living quarters as well in Lifepod 7. Currently, the second Cap cannot be obtained without the use of console commands.
Despite being an article of clothing, the player cannot wear it.
They can be placed inside of a Seabase, but not within the Cyclops.
