Lava Lizard

An artwork by the developers suggests that they will be found in lava biomes.

They currently can be spawned in the game with the command: SPAWN LAVALIZARD.

Appearance

The Lava Lizard is long and round. It has an dominated green color beside on its back that has lava camouflage, black and orange pattern. It has a wide mouth in the front with two large teeth both upstairs and downstairs that point forward. It has two eyes and they are colored silver. It has two arms in front with three large and sharp claws. Behind it has a broad tail flip with three spikes. The underside is a transition from green to pale yellow.

Trivia

• The Lava Lizard's model was used as an early version for the Stalker. As a result, the Lava Lizard still displays some of the behavior typical for the Stalker, such as its fondness for metal and its ability to lose teeth (Stalker Tooth).
