They are mostly characterized by their dangerous and bioluminescent flora, such as Drooping Stingers and Rouge Cradles. There are currently two types of Grassy Plateaus Caves known to exist: the Tiger Plant Caves and the Overgrown Caves. In addition to this, there are two Tiger Plant Caves, and three Overgrown Caves in total. They are all located very close to each other. Several species of Fauna can also be found in both cave types, such as Rockgrubs and Shuttlebugs. Shale Outcrops can be found in both cave types as well, albeit rarely.

|-| Lava Pit=

The Lava Pit is a large pit found on the outskirts of the main chamber. The walls of the pit are covered in large grooves, one of which acts as an entrance to the Active Lava Zone. The lighting in this area is much brighter than the surrounding areas of the Inactive Lava Zone. It resembles a volcanic dome.

Tiger Plant Caves

The Tiger Plant Caves, as the name suggests, are characterized by an abundance of Tiger Plants, making it very dangerous for the player to navigate. Several other bioluminescent plants can be found here as well, creating very interesting lighting effects.

Overgrown Caves

The Overgrown Caves are located very close to the Tiger Plant Caves, and are characterized by a large amount of Drooping Stingers, as well as Shale Outcrops. Also found here are many small, bioluminescent green plants that are currently unharvestable.  <tabber> Resources=
