It fires the gas from the Gas Pods, creating a damaging cloud of poison. The gas cloud has the same effect of the gas from the gas pods both in terms damage and visual appearance. The icon for the Gas Torpedo's icon is similar to that of the Vortex Torpedo; although, it shares the same model as the Vortex Torpedo.
