Template:Infobox Biome The Floater Islands are a special type of biome that currently only exists towards the southwest of the map.

It is a large island carried entirely by giant Floaters, which are located underneath the island. It can be accessed via its several beaches or via the "eye" at its center. The island can be fully explored on foot and features a large variety of plants, including trees, grass, flowers, and mushrooms. However, at the moment, none of the plants can be harvested, and no creatures or materials can be found on it.

Currently, there is no falling damage, so exploring the mountains isn't dangerous.

At the moment, the signal device can be used to locate the island. It will display the distance and say that a land mass has been detected.

Heading a few hundred meters down, but not to the sea floor, you will find an enormous rock that looks like the seafloor. If you follow it around to the bottom, a single cave with a black downward opening is sticking down. Exploring this yields some square rooms, perhaps for future content.
