The Floodlight is an Appliances that emits light in one direction. It can be placed on the seabed using the Habitat Builder, near a Seabase, or the top of the Moon Pool.
In order to use this item, you need to acquire its Blueprint by scanning one of two Floodlights in the Grassy Plateaus Wreck.
The Floodlight consumes energy and once the indicator reaches 0%, the player can insert batteries to refill its energy.
