The Gas Pod can be acquired by getting close to and picking up the unexploded gas boils dropped by Gasopods in their defense. It cannot be equipped and it is currently only used for crafting the Seamoth Gas Torpedo. It explodes instantly when dropped, dealing damage to the player.
To aquire a Gas Pod, the user must use a Propulsion Cannon to quickly grab it before it explodes after being released by the Gasopod.
