It is a subspecies of the Eyeye and will reside in the Inactive Lava Zone or Active Lava Zone.

Appearance

In terms of body structure the Lava Eyeye is identical to the Eyeye, though there are a few differences in colouration.

• Instead of the grey-white eye of the Eyeye, the Lava Eyeye possesses an orange eye with a red sclera that becomes lighter around the pupil
• The Lava Eyeyes body is a dirtier shade of green than that of the Eyeye

The four bioluminescent fins situated at the rear end of the creature are bright orange, rather than the blue fins of the Eyeye
